WHO WE ARE
We are Mike and Kara. We made the move to Kimberley at the start of 2022 and are so happy to be apart of this wonderful community. We met in Banff where we most recently resided. Mike is from Ontario and Kara from the West Kootenays. After 10 years in the Bow Valley, the slower pace of life is a welcome change while still allowing us to enjoy the mountain lifestyle we love so much.
We know firsthand why so many of us choose to live in the mountains and want to help you pursue whatever activities you enjoy. Our treatments are specifically tailored to your needs to help keep you feeling at your best.

Mike brings a high level of enthusiasm in helping alleviate his clients pain and discomfort while improving their quality of life through massage therapy. He is passionate about helping his clients understand the cause of their problem and educating them on how to resolve the issue as well as prevent further recurrence through goal focused treatment. Mike has worked with junior hockey teams, NHL hockey players and high level recreational skiers.
When not at work, Mike enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking and time with friends.
KARA WRIGHT - RMT

Kara has a passion for providing quality treatments that are customized to clients in search of relaxation, relief of soft tissue pain & stress, or improvement in sports performance, recovery & injuries. She is passionate about education and is constantly learning about the body and different modalities that can be beneficial for her clients.
When not working she enjoys any adventure that takes her outside, fuelled by a good cup of coffee. Biking, hiking, skiing and hanging with Lenny, Mike and friends.
