Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% CHARGE on the credit card you provided. No shows will be charged the FULL PRICE of the treatment.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time will not be charged a cancellation fee. You can log on to your profile in our online booking system and cancel your appointment. Or you can email or call us.

If you are cancelling your appointment inside of our 24 hour cancellation time

there is a 50% cancellation fee. Please call 250-432-9194. If you do not reach anyone, you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail.
